Our Commitment


Natural Visage Aesthetics are committed to protecting your privacy, as a visitor to our website, and as a client receiving our treatments. Any data collected will be stored and used in accordance to the regulations stated above. Information gathered will not be shared with any third-party companies for direct marketing.


Data We Collect


In the course of treatments, Natural Visage Aesthetics will collect personal data about a patient which will include:

  • Names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other contact details (telephone calls may also be recorded for training purposes);
  • Financial information which could include bank details and credit card details;
  • Information supplied in the medical questionnaire about a person's health and relevant medical conditions that could affect the suitability of treatments;
  • Still images of clients during the treatment process (to assess before and after) and any video captured by the CCTV security system installed at our premises;

In addition to the information required for treatments, we also collect the following anonymous data when browsing the website:

  • Types of device you are using;
  • Details of the operating system that the website/app is running on;
  • A unique identifier, like IP address or device ID;
  • Information about how our website is being used;
  • Statistical or demographic information;

This allows us understand how our users are using the app which in turn helps to provide, enhance, improve, and personalize our products and services.

Note: In some instances we use third party services to collect and process the anonymous data, but we are still the controllers of the data. These third party services use minimal cookies in order to collect this information.


How We Process Personal Data


During the course of our business, we need to process a wide range of personal data and we will only do so in accordance with the law. Some of this is done to fulfil Natural Visage Aesthetics' legal obligations including those related to its employees or contractual obligations such as those to its insurers. In other cases, we will process data where it is in our legitimate interest except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Natural Visage Aesthetics believe the following use will fall within the category of legitimate interest:

  • For the purpose of recommending and providing treatments & products;
  • For the purpose of providing information on pre-care and aftercare, before and following treatment;
  • For the purpose of confirmation and reminding individuals of appointments via email & text messages;
  • For the purpose of our newsletter and other relevant offer emails updating clients on new products and services offered by Natural Visage Aesthetics. You can opt out of this at any time;
  • For the purpose of security to protect our websites, infrastructure and premises from attacks or threats and to report any illegal activities;
  • Given that we need to collect health information and this is classed as a special category of personal data we need to identify a specific condition under Article 9 of GDPR. The condition on which we rely is that processing is necessary for the purposes of providing health care or treatment;

How Long Do We Retain Personal Data


We are committed to complying with our legal obligation to the retention and deletion of personal information. The type of data and the purpose for collection will determine how long we will retain your data.

We will not process your personal information for purposes longer than necessary.

You as a Data Subject, have the following rights:

  • Access: request access to your personal data we hold about you;
  • Corrections: request changes to your personal data that you cannot amend yourself;
  • Restriction: request we suspend the processing of your personal data;
  • Withdraw Consent: withdraw permission to process your personal data that you cannot amend yourself;
  • Deletion: request deletion of your data when we no longer need it;

We will try to respond to legitimate requests within one calendar month, unless your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests, in which case it may take longer.

In any case, we will always keep you updated.

NOTE: Our insurers require us to retain Client records, including medical data, images and treatment/follow up data for 10 years from the date of the last treatment after which it will be securely deleted.


Complaints


Natural Visage Aesthetics aim to provide the highest standards of assessment and treatment. If you find yourself in the situation where you would like to complain about the services you have received then please write to:

We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3 days. we will respond to your complaint within 20 days, following an investigation into the complaint. The response letter will detail findings from the investigation, a conclusion on the validity of the complaint, a reflection on the complaint and required course of action.

We are more than happy to meet up with you to discuss your complaint further if you so wish.
