When you book an appointment you will be required to pay a deposit of £20. This fee can be used towards the cost of your treatment. This fee is refundable only if you cancel your appointment over 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If following a consultation you decide to go ahead with treatment then a further £20 deposit is required. This is refundable only if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment then all reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule a new appointment.
If an act of god occurs eg snow storm, severe ice, flooding, earthquake, thus leading to us cancelling your appointment then we will not issue a refund. All reasonable attempts will be made to reschedule a new appointment to an alternative date.
It is important to note that results cannot always be guaranteed. No refunds will be given. If further treatment is required including treatment of side effects/complications then this will incur additional charges as per our price list.
For your protection the clinician will be wearing PPE throughout the consultation.
